Best choice of real estate courses for Virginia?

Considering getting real estate license in Virginia....any advice on the best avenue to obtain pre-licensing course requirements?  Is any one better than the other, or are they all mostly the same? I know I have to take a DPOR approved course from the following site: http://www.dpor.virginia.gov/uploadedFiles/MainSite/Content/Boards/Real_Estate/A490-02PRE_LIC_CRS.pdf.  Thanks in advance!

Welcome to Zillow advice!

There are quite a few avenues for obtaining a license.  I would ask yourself this question.  What would benefit you better?  Paying a little more and taking a class at a local school/brokerage and being able to ask questions. Or Paying the least, taking the online course, and relying 100% upon yourself to understand all the content with minimal to no questions or feedback.

Once you figured that part out it will make it easier to sign up.  Some brokerages offer courses and you would most likely be working with those who "graduated" with you.  It's a good way to start out if you don't have many connections going into it.

Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions.
