What are your best productivity tips for real estate bloggers? How do you maintain blogging productivity? Do you write original articles all the time or clip a lot?

Do you have a consistent blogging schedule? Do you batch your blog writing and posting? Are you using a service like Jott or Utterz to enhance your? Do you have your mobile device pictures synced with your online presence? Are you in any online communities besides Zillow or Truila? What makes your blogging easier, more productive, and more manageable?
