I like working with both, but prefer selling just a tad more. But like GIR said, it really depends on your market....ultimately, I like to earn an income, so I will shift my marketing focus a bit depending on market conditions. Good luck!

I enjoy working with buyers better, because I really enjoy seeing homes. That is what I consider fun. That's why I got into real estate. However, I really prefer working with sellers now, because it involves less time away from my family since I do most of my office work, (advertising, etc) from my home office.
