Where are you getting your value information from? Online valuations are not exact. They are estimates. Many online sites provide the value but those are not exacts, they are estimates only. True value can be based on a full appraisal. If the homes are exact in terms of location, size, year built then I would ask what is on the interior of the home. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, blinds, etc all are things that add value to a home. While these may not be visible from the outside, they make a difference when it comes to price. A good place to learn the value of a home is to get a full appraisal and pull comps on a home.
One is at 293k and the other is at 282k. A difference of roughly 4% is not that large.
Besides the lot of the one Zestimated at 293k is ~ 6% bigger, I would think this is not too bad for a computer generated estimate.

1600 Zestimate today is $293,000
1625 Zestimate today is $281,500
With the lot size difference, they are not exactly the same.
It is your opinion that a 4% difference is a big difference? I'm actually amazed how close they are.

Is one house backed to a greenbelt or is one backed to a street? Is the landscaping the same? There can be different reasons as to why there is a price difference.
Big differences in exact property.
