Thanks for trying to share data on home values but one thing I suggest is to note the number of sales per period. When there are no sales, your graphs imply the value dropped to $0.
If you grouped all these areas together, it would have enough data points to be more meaningful.
Another observation is that lot prices play a huge role in new construction. When lot prices went from $35k - $100K - back toward $35k range in some areas for example, it isn't too surprising we are able to build a home for about the same price we could in 2005.
