You can call an agent in your area. They can give you information on how much your house might be worth or list for. Even if your value has stayed exactly the same, chances are you will have closing costs and a commission to pay out of pocket if you sell now.

This is unfortunate. The first reply is correct that you should involve a realtor right away. I would add to that you should have an appraisal done to determine your best list price. My hope is that got a bargain of sorts dnd that money you have to bring to the table is less than you expected. When you sell both interior and exterior has to a WOW factor.
