Bought a rental in AZ, what would be 'normal' breakdown of building and land?

AZ property tax does not breakdown, IRS say hire a pro for breakdown.  Rental home was build 7 years ago.

Hiuser4521932,

I have a couple of recommendations for you.
   1.  If you financed the property, the appraisal may show the breakdown; or
   2.  Hire a broker to provide an opinion (BPO) and let them know you need the breakdown of land vs. structure value, etc...;
or
   3.  Hire and appraiser to appraise the property - this would be the prudent thing to do.

Good luck.
