Bozeman Prices-Up or Down?

Profile picture for Inquisitor1
I was preparing to move to Bozeman and was wondering what the price of houses is compared to past years. If anyone who is from Bozeman and possibly involved in real estate has some insight it would be appreciated.
Thanks

Wow.  I just got on Zillow and saw that none of the Bozeman questions had replies.  The Bozeman and Gallatin Valley market has indeed seen an adjustment just like the rest of the country, but it has not been to near the extreme as the areas you hear about on the news.  Bozeman city limits has seen 178 single family home sales in 2009 with the median price being $230,000.
