I wouldn't be surprised. Many buyers in todays market think that foreclosures are the way to go but don't realize most of the time there are repairs that needs to be done that can cost alot more than its worth. Many builders and contractors have had to adjust pricing to meet market demands for lower priced homes. You will see more and more that builders are willing to work with buyers to make the deal work!

Contributions:252With the number of Atlanta builders in the Fort Benning area, New homes seem to be a better deal than forclosures over 1500 sq ft. Anybody else seeing the same?
