Bridge Loan Washington State

I need a hard money loan because the house needs some repairs. I would then refinance when the repairs were complete. My income is good and my debt ration is very small, but I would be owner occupied so I'm having trouble finding a lender. Does anyone have advise on how to find a lender?

Kerry Krismer is correct that Washington Federal is a good place to start.  There are a number of hard money lenders, although they have high fees and high interest rates until the loan is paid off.  They also have limits on loan-to-value ratios that might hamper your search.

You might try Key Bank, since they have the best HELOC programs around.....

In addition to Washington Federal, call a few other local lending institutions and ask if they service their own loans....if they do, then you can go into more detail.  If they sell their loans, then it is very unlikely that they will be willing or able to help you.

Try Washington Federal. They have a number of unusual loan programs.  I'm not sure that they have one that fits what you want, but it's worth a call.
