I think no one understands your question. If you mean exactly what you said I think you should call your credi report service and ask them if they can do this for you. I'd sure like to know why you would want this?

Rudi, for FHA/VA streamlines? Aaron, your current credit report should be able to do this for you. I use Credit Plus and we just email them and they provide us with a Mortgage Only report after we have a popped the trimerge.

Ken, I know very little about FHA, as you see. Boy, 3% down, no appraisal and just mortgage history. To me that's far below the lowest standard for a "full doc" of any subprime lender that I ever heard of.
With so many subprime shps hustling FHA, no wonder there's such a large amount of abuse and fraud. This country's financial condition will be in bigger trouble when these loans go south then we are now. That's really irresponsible and scary!

FHA STreamline doesn't care about credit other thena mortgage history so I don't get the need for it.

Rudi, FHA has already approved the borrower initially and they have paid the upfront MI. If they have a good mortgage payment history they allow the streamline which lowers their debt ratio and improves their ability to pay. This loan has been around for a long time and if they experienced a higher default rate on streamlines they would stop doing them, just like stopping the DPA after they started crashing. If what was said about fannie/freddie looking at no appraisal refi's, it would be the same line of thinking.
