Brown brick with a dirty white wash on it. We want to paint the trim. Any suggestions?

Thank you. We have considered white and feel that it will be so stark looking as the brick is in some places very noticable. We would like to have something better than waht we have. Thank you again.

I'm having a hard visualizing the color, but if the "dirty white" over the brown brick gives off and overall tanish or khakish vibe a snappy white trim might make it look fresh and provide contrast with the earthtone body of the house.

You could also go the other way and accentuate the brown brick by choosing a dark trim in a bittersweet chocolate color to make the white over the brick look lighter and brighter than it is really is.
