Zanna before you place even one more posting on Zillow I urge you to read the Terms of Service and the Good Neighbor Policy. 

The goal of Zillow is to help educate and inform home buyers and home owners. The goal is not to advertise our real estate practices. If you want to advertise, please buy an ad. Without paid ads, the site will no longer be free.

Yes, these forums are here to help buyers and sellers by answering their questions or by posting insightful topics to make them think.  It's not to create a self-promotional advertisement disguised as an article.

Instead of posting this, why don't you write an article about how cyclical the market is?  In fact, I might just do that now!  Coming soon!
