Bug in monthly payment with mortgage and taxex

Steps to reproduce:

1) Go to a home like '16 carding mill rd,sudbury,ma'

it will show mortgage for 30 yrs=2900
The taxes shown for the house are round $15000

2) Now for monthly payment, select the checkbox that says 'add taxex'.
3) Zillow will report a total payment of $3700 or so. It added only $800 for the monthly tax while the real tax is $1200 or so per month. the monthly payment should be around $4100 or so


Another drawback is that zillow does not allow you to change mortgage rate for monthly calculation (not all of us get the lowest rates zillow reports and then uses!). I need to go to someother page/site to adjust that

You can use other calculators available at other website that can let you calculate monthly  payment based on various different mortgage payments and/or interest rate and downpayment program.
