Loralyn,

You should be able to execute an amendment to the PA adding the additional purchaser without having to re-write the complete PA.

I'm not seeing an Amendment on the SDREC website: http://www.state.sd.us/sdrec/forms_suppguides/formslist.htm

You may want to call SDREC 773-3600 to double check.  That is, if Kevin, Joan or Jay do not know the answer.
