Buyers Watch for Appraisal Contingencies

Buyers beware! There is a trend here in Temecula and Murrieta California of investors coming in, cleaning up homes and flipping them for a profit.  That's great for our market to have fresh paint, carpet and grass plus it's driving our home prices up slightly but here's where it gets tricky: investors understand the market and many are asking for buyers to drop their appraisal contingency.
