I am Carolyn Huggins [removed by Zillow moderator] an agent in Sedona, Arizona. While our market was hit hard by foreclosures and shortsales it was not as devistated as Phoenix and the rest of the Valley of the Sun. Our sellers have adjusted their prices to compete with REO's and shortsales so you can get a great value and often a better deal buying from a seller who is not in over their head.
