Can anyone suggest a good price. Home is in good condition and its a 2 car garage. about 2 miles from dorney park and I78 highway is just 1.5 miles away from this home.

Without seeing the home and the condition it is in and based on the sq footage you are describing, I would say anywhere from $300,000- $350,000 based on what I've have been seeing out in the market.

The best way is to contact an agent and allow them to work up a list of comparables and also view the property itself. Feel free to give me a call.
