How is a "machine generated opinion of approximate market value" with no site visits and major disclaimers on the use and blatant statements about it not being an "appraisal" possibly hurting anyone?
It is only an "opinion".
Why don't you try suing NAR since they are the cause of the major market fluctuations that make any valuations of any kind difficult?
OR, better yet, why don't you ask the county tax assessor to raise your property taxes since you seem to think you are not paying the government enough?
