this is a link that shows you how Zillow gets their Zestimates. 
If your home is not on the market, it can't hurt you, even if it was on the market, we would assume at this price point you would be represented by a professional.

How is a "machine generated opinion of approximate market value" with no site visits and major disclaimers on the use and blatant statements about it not being an "appraisal" possibly hurting anyone?

It is only an "opinion".

Why don't you try suing NAR since they are the cause of the major market fluctuations that make any valuations of any kind difficult?

OR, better yet, why don't you ask the county tax assessor to raise your property taxes since you seem to think you are not paying the government enough?

How are they hurting you? What are your damages?

It seems to me that Zillow is open to fixing incorrect estimates when they;re told about it.
