CMA's & marketvalueSo, when you're looking at homes & your realtor starts pulling out the CMA's on "like" homes, how much stock do you put in them? Maybe there were some stupid buyers that overpaid for their house & now I'm supposed to do the same? I don't put a lot of stock in what other buyers are doing because "other buyers" are the same ones that are upside down in their homes, going bankrupt & defaulting on their loans. I already brought up the topic of my realtor telling me that there isn't much room in some of the houses that I'm looking at, but when I see a house that's been listed on zillow for over 200 days, I'm not making an offer anywhere close to list price, regardless of what CMA's say it's worthOctober 17 2010 - US11YesReport a ProblemProblemSelect oneOffensive contentIrrelevant contentSpam (pure self-promotion)OtherDetailsYour emailPlease enter a valid email address.Submit CancelContent flaggedWe will review this content.
