CORRECT INFORMATION

I looked up information about my house which is ---  112 Woodridge St Wood Ridge NJ and the information is incorrect..It was built in 1965. The house at 116 Woodridge St was built in 1912 and not sold in 6/2009. The house at 120 Woodridge St was sold in 6/2009. Correct information is key to selling real estate. Thank you. AM

I can understand your frustration. Everyone wants to have accurate information out there in the Internet world. The information is pulled from many sources not just from the Multiple Listing Services. Disclosure is a key element in selling Real Estate today, so asking questions and getting answers will help both buyers and sellers make the right choice in purchasing a home as well as getting the truth about a property.
