Can't Remove Home That Is No Longer for Sale

Profile picture for Bob Myers
I am trying to remove a home that is no longer for sale.  I changed the status, then a red error message comes up and says to change something below, but nothing on the page is highlighted, so it won't remove the listing.  Can you help?

Bob -

Here are the steps to do so while currently logged in to your account:
1. Click My Zillow then Listings and the address.
2. On the home's Overview Page, click Edit Status that can be found just along the For Sale sign and price.
3. This will lead you to the next page. On Status Info, remove the related website information then click the drop-down box of Home status and choose your reason.
4. Make sure that the small box (below the page) has a green checkmark before hitting Create Your Listing button.

However, if you are referring to 304 Robena Way, you would need to update the source (Point2) as well since this listing came through feed.

Hi Bob -

Please remove first the URL on the related website field before you choose "No longer for sale" from the drop down list. Also, if the property was posted via an automated data feed, make sure to remove the address from the source of the feed so that it will not be re-posted on the website.

Thanks.
