Can't edit my Home Facts.

The Help instructions say I should be able to do this by going to my home's detail page, (and yes, i am signed-in) and use the Edit button to do that, but the Edit button only allows "report a problem with this home".

In order to edit your home facts you have to first claim the home on Zillow.   There is no record that you've claimed a home with this sign in name.   So, if it only says "report problem with this home" it suggests someone else has claimed it on Zillow.   Is it listed by an agent?  Has someone else in your household claimed it?    If not, then click on "report problem" and chose "incorrect ownership claim".
