This site really is not a place to be figuring values. Most agents will give you an opinion of value free of charge. If you are serious about a home contact an agent,go look at it,ask him to do a cma (comparative market analysis) then make your offer. Believe me most agents will bend over backwards to help you. Give me a call if I can be of any assistance we have offices all over the country. Good Luck! Bob

I try to help the poster to find the comparable homes, but since his property's lot size is 0. sqft. Therefore my website can't search the comparable homes for the poster's property.

Not all houses have a zestimate. Even if they do a zestimate is accurate plus or minus 20%. That means a house a zestimate says is worth $200k could be between $160k and $240k and be in the acceptable range. Many properties are even outside that 20% window.
How to find is simple Click on the Homes tab above. When you see that window open type in an address in the search bar (with the GO button on the end) then hit go and the address should come up. You may find it only on the map or on the map and below it in the search results. Click on the address provided and all kinds of information should arrive. The zestimate probably requires some page downs to find.

Here is your home page, but I don't see any Zestimates listed for your area in Maine. To get a Zestimate, go to the front page here, type your address in the box next to the "Find Homes" menu and hit the blue GO button. You should see a map and Zestimate value come up. Not all houses have one, but most do.
There are listings of nearby houses here. In most places you can also get comparable sales on Zillow that might help you get an idea about your house value, but they are missing from your home page. That makes think that recorded sales may not be publishable public record in Maine. I have looked, but can't find your house on other valuation sites either.
If you are selling, you best bet is to call 2-4 agents for a CMA that includes all similar recent sales, price/listings trends in your area and current listings that you would be competing against in the market. Also ask about the average days on market in your area. You do not have to hire and agent to get this info and their perspective can be helpful even if you plan to sell yourself. There is also a good FSBO blog here. Hope the info helps.
