Huuummmm ......... have your tried entering both the town and the zip code? Also - is the home in the city limits of a given town or in the county? If county, try typing the county in the search box. You can try both the county and the zip code too. Finally ..... check your listing and see if you have the town listed correctly under town name or city name, county and state listed too!! If you did not list the state or county, it could be off seraching out of state and that's why it only responds to a zip code.
Hope this helps!! Rex Fuller

One possibility is that the house is located outside the official boundaries of the town, even though in the same zipcode. If this is the case, only the zip code will bring it up. Do you know where the town boundaries are?

Thank you! The map had the house sitting out in the middle of nowhere, got it fixed.
Can't find Zillow listing when I search by town, only by zip code
