Can't log in to edit profile. No password, old email is deactivated.

Can't edit my profile as I can't remember the password.  When I select "can't remember password" Zillow is sending email confirmation to my old email that is deactivated.  I have no way of resetting or obtaining password and can't delete profile and start over.  What a frustrating process...
