A Zestimate isn't nearly as accurate as an appraisal, or even an estimated value from an agent - especially for a unique home. The appraisal that matters if you sell, is the buyer's lender appraisal - the one that can make or break a sale.

Your home will be tougher to estimate, but unusual properties are bought and sold all the time. There are appraisal techniques used to estimate value when there aren't comps in your immediate neighborhood, but in the end, a buyer will determine it's value.

 You can always hire an appraiser to appraise the property for you, they will provide a more accurate value of the property. Unless you are planning on renting the property out, then you can consult a local Realtor, they should be able to determine the amount per square feet that you are able to lease out.

I see a Zestimate of 398,500.  Unusual properties (such as a geodesic dome) are hard to evaluate.
