Can Anyone Help with my Refinance?

Here is my problem: I live in TN. current mortgage is 70,000.00. House appraised at 126000.00. I had a 2006 chapter 7 bankruptcy. I have been current on house and loans for 12 months; however, one loan company has reported a late in May of 2011. I was not late and I have my receipt to prove it. I have been turned down because of this late because apparently what is reported to the credit bureaus is law. I have contacted the company to report this, I don't know if they will fix it because they haven't reported anything since June 2011 I have asked them to completely remove it since we only lack two payments to have them completely paid off. Why isn't my documentation proving that I made the payment within the thirty day requirements worth anything? I have written a LOX but it seems to be ignored. Can anyone help me? Also, my credit score is in the 650 range.
