You should talk to a banker. I think you may have an issue being that if she is living in Hong Kong and you are not married she can't really claim that the home will be her primary residence. The other issue is she is moving to the states in November; does this mean she is leaving her job?If she is just transfering with the same company I don't see you having much of a problem, but if she's leaving her company to move then you will probably have issues.Talk to a mortgage banker. You'll probably get some better responses tomorrow or Monday.Best of luck!
