Your financial profile is very private, you should have a word with at least two mortgage brokers in the privacy of their offices and see if you can obtain a pre-approval for the type of home you wish to purchase.  The best of luck!

Great advice Tim. Anyone that would answer this question with not enough knowledge would just mislead freelight.

There is no way to know that until you speak to a loan officer or mortgage broker to find out if and how much you can borrow. They will be your first step, then once you find out if you can borrow for a loan then you can find out what you can afford and go see homes in that price range. Go speak to a loan officer first. Ask questions, sign nothing and pay nothing. Don't do it online, go see someone.
