Hi Mike -

You can always manage your listings on line and remove them if they are no longer on the market. Just log on and click the Edit Status next to the sale price of your listing. To prevent them from being re-posted, make sure that you or your broker company updates the status from the master feed.

If you want us to further investigate, kindly supply us the address.
