Yes, as explained by wetdawgs, you need to claim your listing.  Many people don't know that you add details and correct things like square footage, beedroom counts and acreage and it will have an impact on the Zestimate.  Additionally, you can choose better comparables properties to your home.  Lastly, you can explain why you think the Zestimate may not be accuarate.
