As long as it was within the past 10 years, and as long as there was sufficient county info to calculate an estimate, you can read the numbers off the trend graph on the home details page just by placing your mouse pointer over the date on the graph of interest.
Yes, it can only be read at selected intervals and the intervals are much wider for the 10 yr as compared with 5 yr or 1 year graphs.
But you should know that Zillow changed their algorithm a couple times sufficiently to impact trends, thus recalculated the historic trend graphs on those occasions, so you may not see the same info that was posted on the prior date.
Also, Google's crawler does archive pages, so you can see the estimate from about 1 month ago by using an advanced Google search and limiting the results to Zillow's home details pages for the search site, and then opening the "cached" version.
Zillow also does some archiving, but not publicly available.

Unfortunately, I've never seen zillow archive this information. Though general neighborhood data can be viewed on a graph.
