Hello,
First of all I want to know if a dissussion will be kept between u and I  and could I trust the advice? Will all the matters in confidential?

Hi: Read through your contract. Most of your agent questions will be answered there. You can fire your agent. Just make sure you go through the proper channels like the agent first, (and if not resolved) the broker. In the end, you'll get what you want.

As long as no one knows the association between your screen name, your email, and your real identity other than Zillow, I'm confident that you will not be revealed by anyone as the source of the questions. However, if you live in a town of about 21,000 and have a  hybrid wolf, and are selling a house your identity might be somewhat easy to figure out.

As far as firing your agent, I would recommend that if you haven't gotten anywhere with your concerns directly with the agent that he/she might not be living up to the marketing promises made to you, or other problems, contact the managing broker and request another agent.
