Im assuming its for a tax related purpose. If so, I would contact an APPRAISER not a Realtor since they typically have data back many years. 

Here is a link to find an appraiser in your area. And yes, appraisals cost money but if its for taxes, I would not mess with the IRS.

If you have an agent that is a friend (because this will take some diligence and is likely not a commission-generating activity), they could create a CMA based on sold comps during that time period (or the three months prior). Depending on your MLS system, they may or may not be able to find the best comps that were active during that time period.

Yes you can... simply call a very local Real Estate office in your town and ask a Realtor to help you out. Let them know you will hang onto their card in the future for their assistance... we are here to help folks (even if you are not selling or buying now, we would look forward and strive to gain your business and faith in years to come).
