You can get that information and more here on Zillow! Here is how to see it:
1. Search for the location you are looking for (e.g."Casta del Sol Mission Viejo, CA 92692")
2. Zoom in on the map to see the homes you are interested in
3. On the left hand side of the page, update the search filters so you only see the types of homes you want. For example, you can filter out the For Sale homes if you only want to see the recently sold. If you want to see Zestimate prices for all of the homes, just keep zooming in on the map until you see prices on every home.
If you just want to see the comparables for your home, search for your address and click through to your home details page. On the right hand side of the page you will find a Similar Homes for Sale and a Nearby Similar Sales module. You may have to scroll down the page a little to see them. To see comparable recently sold homes, click the link in the Nearby Similar Sales box that says "See sales similar to ..."

The best thing you can do is to contact a local real estate agent , he or she can get you CMA (comprative market analysis ) which it covers all the houses that is available for sale , also that it has a back up offers and the sold properties and prices that sold for , so this way you will get the most accurate and updated information, good luck :))

You can also ask a local real estate agent in your community to pull up your address in the MLS and search for recent solds and pendings with the same floor plan as yours. Most agents will take the few minutes necessary to do this for you.
