Can I get a loan with a fico of 633.

I have a FiCO of  633.  I am 23, US citizen  with a 30,000 yearly income lookin to buy a small house or condo around 50,000 in Central Ohio.    I only have two transfered student loans. two active up to date with no late payments student loan, and two paid medical collection that I am fighting them  to delete since I never got that bill.  my equifax score is currently 665 and my FICO is 633 as mention before.
Is there a posibiblity of getting a mortgage for me?

Hi!

Yes you could get a loan with that score. There are definitely other guidelines to meet to qualify but what you've said so far isn't something I would immediately say no, we couldn't get it done. I am a Loan Officer licensed Nationally and by the State of Ohio.  If you're interested in taking the next step, give me a call or send me an email. I'll see if I can help you get financed.

I work for a Lender who is also a banker and broker so we have many options.

A definite possibility...a lender can tell you for sure.
