By specific, do you mean accurate? If you have taken the time to select a Realtor that you feel comfortable with and trust their judgement and wisdom, you can get a fairl good accurate valuation. Simply averaging similar sales cost per sq ft; researching the Zillow site; or getting a simpl CMA may not be able to provide you with what you need.

A good Real Estate Consultant can select the proper information for any home, in any marketplace where information is radily available and get sift through the random information that doesn't give you accurate data. Once the consultant gets the proper information including foreclosure activity and neighborhood trends, then you can get an accurate value that can even predict how soft that price may be in the future as well.

If you search for an agent here on zillow that is located in your area, I am sure one of them will do a Comparative Market Analysis for you. Zillow is fine for a rough idea, but if you need a more concrete estimate, you should search for an agent. Zillow is great, but a computer cannot actually SEE the home, FEEL the market.
An agent will do a visual inspection/preview of the property, take some notes then find active and sold comparable listings to your home while factoring the desirability of your market area...

I am assuming are are looking for the value of YOUR home. If it is for a home you would like to buy, working with a REALTOR is a good idea...working with an agent rather than flying solo can save you money! They can do a market analysis on a home before you buy to determine true market value regardless of asking price then establish a good negotiation plan!

This link from Zillow here might help. You enter the address in the "Find" box at the top of each page and you just have to select "homes" on the pull down menu and then hit the blue GO button. Zillow explains it better than I can. Try the link. Hope it helps.
