Beth,

You are way too broad. I think you have to narrow it down to the specific area. Marietta Ga has a different average sales than let's say Alpharetta. Narrow it down to a specific suburb and you might get more accurate results. Good Luck

You might want to check out the Case-Shiller index. They do a good job of showing overall trends and highlighting intersting pockets within the overall area.

The most recent numbers are through November. You can check it out and Standard & Poors, or download the PDF from Standard & Poors.
