Of course! Do you have a parcel of land that is attached to a house? We have several properties listed that are land only, check out my website: www.leannecarswell.com - on the new listings page you'll see several lots as well as acreage. FYI - Banks are not as liberal as they have been in the past about lending on land only, but it's not impossible. Most times the buyer will need to come up with around 40% down, and the banks will loan on the rest. In other cases, they buyer may be looking to build, in which case some builders are also offering financing. Best of luck!
