No, DustyClick, and the fact that you are asking a question like this makes me nervous for you. The purchase contract is only the beginning of the contractual obligations involved in a property transfer. At the very least, consider obtaining the services of a licensed Realtor for a fee to facilitate this and protect you. This is the biggest ticket item you will ever buy or sell and the legal ramifications are huge.
