The person asked if there was a way to show a rental property on Zillow. They were not requesting a debate on ethics.

Can I post a Rental on this site?

i took it to mean is this the purpose of the site. no, it is not.
Do you truly believe that the readers of Zillow are gullible enough to assume they can buy a home for $900.00
i can't speak for anyone else, but why clutter the site with rentals when this is clearly not the intended purpose?

Why yes, I have taken ethics courses. And no, I don't recommend using this method. The person asked if there was a way to show a rental property on Zillow. They were not requesting a debate on ethics.

It will show up as 'for sale' but you can still list it. Just expect folks to try and 'buy' the house for the monthly rental cost. I would put a link to your website where it clearly states its a rental property.
