As Rockinblu mentioned, you may use postlets.com to create a postlet and then it will be syndicated to various websites. BUt if you would like  a postlet to appear on craigslist, then you must follow additional instructions how to submit one. Once you create a postlet, you will be asked to copy and paste HTML link into craigslist Posting description.
