Yes- Since you are on Fixed Disability, it implies to me that it will last forever. That being the case, you can use it for income- Keep in mind, proof of the income will be needed such as the disability letter and recent proof of deposit of the income.

If your disability is classified as permanent disability, then you can use it as income. If it is temporary disability, you must prove it will continue for 3 years after the loan closes.

Disability is tough as you have to be able to prove it's continuation. That would typically require a doctor's letter and these are hard to get in my opinion.
