Can I refinance while my house is being remodeled? It is mostly complete but still needs a few thing

We bought our house for $100,000 3 years ago. We have added a 2 car gagrage, and 300 square feet of living, 2 bathrooms and many upgrades. We still have one bathroom we want to redo and all the window trim still needs to be done. We have done all the work ourselves so it goes kinda slow. I would like to take advantage of the low interest rates right now and refinance, and I am wondering if we can refinance while our house is still not quite finished.

The bathroom appearance is not an issue as long as all plumbing is operational and the floor is completed. Don't exactly know what you mean about the window trim. Nothing can appear to be in a state of remodel / construction. ... Happy funding, Rudi
