You can cancel the listing by going to the home detail's page, hover over "Edit" and click "Cancel listing". Just a heads up, early cancellation doesn't entitle you a refund or credit. And once a listing is canceled and you want to post it again, it will be another $39.95 good for 180 days.

Can I remove my listing temporarily, and then relist it later?
How do I take my home "off the market" and the put it back on later? Do I incur a loss of my subscription fee or is there a credit?
