While Zillow doesn't allow the Zestimate to be removed, there are ways to manage it. First, make sure all facts are accurate on the home so Zillow is using the best data possible. Including price history and tax history fact checking is important. Next: put some comments in the "owner's comments" section associated with the Zestimate. Factual comments (such as an appraisal value (with date), or recent sold comps (date and address)) are more effective than "Zestimate is too low" type comments.
Also keep in mind the Value Range offered by Zillow, and help people avoid getting stuck on the single number called the Zestimate.

Can I remove the Zestimate of my listing so it doesn't show up?
