Can I sell my house as for sale by owner and put my real estate agent's phone number on the listing?

There aren't any rules that prevent you from directing the public to a certain phone number.  If you decide you want to put your agent's number that's not going to be a problem (as long as your agent is ready for those calls).

I suppose if you're doing this, then your agent is not advertising in all the places you want her to advertise.  So, perhaps you are doing work for your agent that your agent is supposed to be doing for you!  Hopefully your agent will earn the privilege of working for you in other ways... selling a home is much more than just posting ads and booking appointments at the home.  Good luck!

Yes, it is free for your agent to list your home on this site.   He could also chose to use postlets (free, owned by ZIllow) to get it on a lot of non-MLS sites.

The agent is doing their job its just that I thought it would be since its free to list on here. Also I should have asked if he would.

If you have an agent listing your home, why do you wish to put it up as FSBO?   It seems that if the agent is not advertising where you want him/her to advertise that the agent isn't doing his/her job.

You can't advertise with your agent's number because when placing an ad on Zillow, the system calls the phone number with a verification code.  This will need to be your number so you can answer.

(Not all MLSs put their listings on Zillow, so discuss it with your agent)

you will have to see what type of contract you listed with her has? if your meaning how will it come to this site it will flow from her mls to here in a day or 2 with her info? however if you do for sale by owner with her info? you may violate her broker rules? so just check with her and her office? its different everywhere. But the key is to get it out everywhere to be seen! Hope it sells fast!
