I would get things started as it takes time for a listing to generate leads and become saturated via the Internet.   Marketing a property on your own can be tough so please let me know if I can help you in any way.

I suggest that your start date should be now, so you have time for your home to draw the interest of Buyer's.  When you receive calls, e-mails, texts etc., you can make showing appointments for next weekend.
