Zillow is not designed to be a legal forum.  However; if there are conditions in your particular unit that is not stipulated on the lease. The conditions will be a civil dispute between landlord and tenant.  If there are discrepancies that are not resolved, you should consult with an attorney if it is worth your while to pursue litigation.  I hope this helps.
